Journalism: I have more than 25 years of experience in writing, reporting, and editing. Most of my work has been in the fields of health care and employee benefits. Target audiences for this work have included consumers, HR professionals, health care professionals, insurance brokers, and employers.

Content and Social Media: I have practical, hands-on experience with creating web sites, managing social media sites, and providing online content. I am experienced in photography and photo editing. (Most of the photography on this site is my work.)

Other areas: I have also written about outdoor activities, music, and done some public relations work.
